It was very casual. The hiring manager asked me about 5 questions at most. The whole process took us less than 10 min. After the Q and A part, I was asked to interact with some customers at the store.
Weeks after applying online, I got a call asking if I was still interested. They called me in for an interview two days later and we went to the office where I thought I’d be interviewed. The store manager had papers with questions to ask me but she said she doesn’t believe in standard questions and that she wants to see my on the floor working closely with her assistant manager. The assistant manager asked me some questions in regards to what I want from a job and my previous experience and she said she liked me and talked to the store manager where they hired me on the spot. I came in later the same day to start my training and watch videos. Quickest job process ever.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Gap (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview process was quick and easy. I had a phone screening. That was less than 5 minutes - very generic retail questions. The interviewer made me feel comfortable. It was a one-to-one interview in an office - didn't take longer than 10 minutes
