Applied online and was called within a week. Interview was pretty basic, they wanted to know your availability and why did you want to work at Gap. They also asked scenario questions based on customer service. Overall, it was a simple process.
Quick in person interview. They bring you into the office, ask what experience you've had, what you could bring to the table, and such. Not very formal, very easy interview.
it was fairly easy and straight forward. they had me complete SWOT and present it out. i talked to a few different senior managers who were all nice and asked situational questions
