Interview was super simple. Basic interview questions and wanting to know how much you know about the company. Big advantage is knowing the details about the gap credit card and being an outgoing sales person helps get you the job. If you are outgoing, sweet and great at making sales, you could use that as an advantage in your interview to get the job.

Interview
Multi round interviews and assessments. Reading these prior to applying, I noticed some negative reviews of the "project" in particular, and thought-naively - that those people must have just not tried that hard or been petty. However, having spent 20 hours or so on my own, trying to do the best possible job, I was completely dumbfounded when the interviewer giggled during the interview- whether at a text, email, or something I said, I couldn't tell you. She read questions off a standardized list that indicated zero retention of the info I had shared, and- without much operational experience herself (presumably) - I felt like the work I'd done to articulate unique supply management/merchandising/etc. processes weren't appreciated.

Interview
This process was very organized and clear. You can tell that they have many people that they were interviewing so you kind of feel just like another option. Questions were typical STAR type questions.
