Very basic. They clearly just wanted numbers and were not really interested in experience or talent. It was a typical interview that anyone could easily prepare for. Think of the cliche questions you get at interviews and there you have it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gap (Roseville, CA) in Jul 2017
Interview
Group interview with two other people, questions were pretty basic/what you'd expect for a retail associate job. Questions were answered individually though, so no group scenarios or anything like that. Lasted about 30 minutes.

Question 1
What was a time you went above and beyond for a customer?
Interviewed with the store lead who basically ran the day to day operations. Applied online and received a phone call back to schedule an interview. Easy to schedule and they got back to me right away after submitting the application.

Question 1
Basic situational questions, "What would you do if customer wanted X and you couldn't find it". How would you deal with an angry customer. Not interested in previous experiences.
