Interview process was very typical and impersonal. Asked about past retail experience and example scenarios where customers were acting irrationally or stealing. Also mainly focused on schedule, and how reliable I would be in sticking to that schedule.

Question 1
What was one time where you had to work on a team?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
