Behavioral Interview - general questions. Pretty straightforward. Just things surrounding past expeirence, background, strengths, weaknesses, achievements. Does go into some surprisingly technical elements of your past projects. Be prepared to talk in detail about Gap as a company and your values, and how they relate to Gap.
