Applied at the south beach location. Got a call back about a week later, came in for the interview. Once I arrived I Met the interviewer and we walked to the back room storage area she pulled out 2 black crates and we sat on them a bit uncomfortably (they seem to have been doing inventory of some sort) and we began. She questioned me about my pass work experience, my weakness, strengths, if i'd worked in retail before.
The interview was maybe 20 mins, If you exclude the waiting process since she was running late with the interview before mine.
Overall it was an okay experience.

Question 1
There really was not any difficult questions, the only curve ball i'd say was that my home address was located a county over and they thought it would be an issue.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
