They called me in for an interview a month after I applied due to holidays. However got through interviews quickly meet with location GM monday, another locations GM the following day and had a interview with the DM two weeks later. Did my background check and was told in beginning of February we were just waiting on an offer letter. Waited two weeks and was told they entered a hiring freeze but were looking at other locations to get me an offer letter and its been a whole month and no communication from original interviewing GM.

What does an average day in your current position look like?
Multi Interview process with in-depth analysis about merchandising experience, team development, and achieving standard goals. Interviews with General Manager, district Manager, Regional Manger, and Visual Merchandising Manager for merchandising roles.

In the back of the warehouse. At the computer desk station. It was all the basic interview questions any employer would ask. The Gap is a great place to work.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gap (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Very easy process, was brought in for an in-person interview with the GM and other assistant manager. Asked very basic questions-there was 5 total within 5 different categories they had to ask. Better to give specific examples. Moved on to second round which was a video interview with the District Lead manager.
