Called me late in the evening the day before the interview to request that I show up for the interview, got to the interview and waited for fifteen minutes before the manager took us to the back room. It was a group interview, she asked us a few basic questions like "Describe a time you were under pressure." etc. It wasn't impressive, but not bad by any means.

Question 1
"Tell me about a time you had to lead multiple people."
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
