Interview
I arrived 30 minutes and i had to wait because it was a group interview. Three other people arrived and we were taken into a room with the manager and the assistant manager. Since there was 4 of us we was each partned up with somebody else and our partner told yuo stuff about them and then we had to sell to the manger why they should hire my partner. Then my partner did the same for me
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
