Interview
For an outfit that claims to practice Agile development, and to extend the Agile philosophy to other business processes, their interviewing process seemed to me to be unreasonably slow and cumbersome. Over a period of six weeks I passed a phone screen, then a telephone panel interview, and at the conclusion of the second interview I was promised a third interview, either in person or via Skype.
At that point my recruiter left her position at her recruiting company, and I never heard from anyone again. I have no idea whether the recruiting company dropped the ball, or Gap Inc. suddenly lost interest, or a combination of the two.
A month later the position is apparently unfilled, as I am still receiving inquiries (from other recruiters).
