Interview
Applied online through gapinc.com and two weeks later received a phone call to come in for an interview the next day. I arrived about 10 minutes early and saw that the interview was a group interview. The operations manager took me and five others up to the office where she asked us questions, took about an hour, you could answer if you wanted or not, very easy and relaxed interview. After about an hour she took us to the floor manager where we had a styling exercise. The interview took about two hours total. At the end of the interview she told us we should find out if we were moving forward or not within two day.

Pick out an outfit for me (the operations manager) that I can wear to work and then go out with my friends after work.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
