I initially applied for a corporate accounting position via the Gap, Inc. website. I was contacted shortly after and spoke to an internal recruiter about the position. She set up a phone interview for the following week with the hiring manager. The phone interview went great and I was invited to the corporate office for in-person interviews. I met with 5 individuals during the onsite interviews. Overall, I felt that the interviews went very well. I called the recruiter after the interview and she informed that she received positive feedback on me from the team as well. I was told that they had one more candidate to interview early the following week and then they would be making their decision. A week passed and I heard nothing. I followed up with the recruiter and she told me they had not yet made a decision. I never heard anything from them again. It would have been nice to at least receive a phone call if I was not selected for the job instead of just leaving me hanging.

2 over the phone interviews, 1 onsite that consisted of 5 interviews. It was a mostly behavioral questions, with a few technical questions. The onsite was 30 minutes each for every interviewer i met with. The recruiter was quick to update me of progress and next steps.
