Interview
Initially positive with a friendly recruiter and interviewers. However after 3 stages of interviews I never heard back and did not get a response from the internal recruiter when I followed up twice.
It’s very rude and inconsiderate, and also says a lot about the company culture. This was in London but recruitment team are based in NYC.
Submitted CV, they got back to me within a week to schedule a phone screening interview. Asked a few basic questions about my background, interest and goals. Then schedule a skills assessment task to be conducted remotely - was then invited for a second in person interview, met with several people.
