I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gap Inc. (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Interview process was smooth. It was an average interview. I just wish they wouldn't waste the candidates time if they already know that they are not going to hire them.

I applied online. I interviewed at Gap Inc. in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied on the company website, and then I was sent a personality test and numerical test. In total, that took about 30 minutes. I then was offered a phone interview which had a lot of situational questions, and then two business analytic questions. It was pretty tricky if you had no business or retail background. I may try applying again.
