It was a good process. Interviewers were very nice and respectful. They gave good insights about the company and the role itself. It was definetely very helpful for both parties.
When asked about my background and whether I had experience working with machines, I had to acknowledge that my expertise primarily lies in the IT sector. My professional journey has been focused on information technology, where I’ve gained considerable experience in areas such as software development, systems administration, and IT support. As a result, my hands-on experience with machinery and mechanical systems is limited. While I haven’t worked directly with machines in a traditional sense, my IT background has equipped me with strong problem-solving skills, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of various systems and technologies. I’m eager to leverage these skills and learn quickly if there are opportunities to bridge this gap in the future.

Tell us when you worked with a team and how you managed it.
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter who was very kind and helpful. I had a 30 minute phone call with them and then had a 45 min video interview with the hiring manager. Hiring manager was nice as well.
