Interview
I got to know about the company during a career fair at my school. After learning more and applying I got an interview within the 5 weeks. After the interview I got an email with the offer within 3 days. During the process the hiring manager was very informative and great overall. They basically want someone who is truly interested in the industry, job, and sales.
2 rounds. One phone call with younger producers, one with the presidents of each division in which you rotate between 2 rooms. Both were online (on Zoom or phone). Not really technical, more behavioral and character based.

Interview
It is a great way to get experience talking to many high-level people at a national company. The first screening process is easy enough, but the second round is with six other people. There are three rounds, and it is all behavoral.

Question 1
What is your biggest weakness that your friends would say about you?
There were 4 rounds- one phone call, 3 teams meetings. Everyone was extremely friendly and asked questions to get to know you better. There were no curveballs or tricky questions.
