GSK Senior Manager interview questions

I was invited to an initial phone screening with an HR recruiter. The role required 15+ years' experience in strategy and in enterprise-level management. The salary maximum of £74k was only disclosed at the end of the call, which made it a no-go (and a complete waste of time). For a London senior manager position like this it's way off mark.
