I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GSK (Mississauga, ON) in Nov 2013
Interview
I applied to the company via a recruiter. I was called within two weeks. My profile was submitted by my recruiter for the position already.
It was a in person interview with team lead and the QA lead. The team lead came to receive me outside. the interview was very friendly. it was about 40 min long. I was hired that very day in the evening
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GSK
Interview
The process was pretty informal. I had conducted a good phone interview that was about 30 minutes long. When i was brought in for a face to face interview, i had the impression that they already wanted to hire me, and were just bringing me in to make sure i wasnt a psychopath. Most of the people i have met are very relaxed, and are focused on making sure the people they hire work well in the environment

Question 1
For me, the most difficult question was answering where i planned to be at the end of my contract.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GSK (Worthing, South East England, England) in Oct 2013
Interview
Initially applied via an agency and was invited in for a face to face interview. Sat a basic maths and english test (Very basic - GCSE standard), before having a face to face interview with a panel of 3 people from different company sectors.
They mainly asked competency questions (What motivates you, why do you want this job) etc but then asked some routine technical questions for the role, nothing too detailed just to ensure you understood what it is you were doing.
