Recruiter call at first stage - simple discussion on my resume. Anything unusual plus teams interview at second. Was quite normal with star method, I didnt make it to next stage.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at GSK
Interview
Dodged a bullet with this one. Their hiring team is extremely negligent and disorganized. Their interview team consisted of the Dept Head in the UK who overfocused on the fact that my resume included American dates and how confusing it was to him, and the PM whose job I would be taking. There was a third person in the second interview but I was dog sick and came in remote so I didn't catch his title. If you basically repeat the description and company values back at them in the first interview, you pass with flying colors. If you have any inkling about how use industry lingo which they were obsessed with, you should be fine with. GSK gives no options for scheduling. You're assigned a date and time - take it or be screwed. The people interviewing you have no idea how hiring works and cannot understand how to infer a most recent job from a resume, nor can their overpaid minds comprehend the idea that you may have needed to work two full time jobs during a pandemic to get by.

Question 1
Are there gaps on your resume? Are you willing to get a PMP? What would you do in your first 3 months?

The interview process has run smoothly. I had two or three interviews. After the 1st contact, the interviews aimed to understand my professional path as per my cv, my professional experience and my motivation.
