after submitting the application they send a first a on line test that took about an hour to complete then they invited me for a a video interview which was a serie of pre recorded questions, both on my experience and on specific topic regarding the position. you have 20 seconds to prepare the answer and a couple of minutes to record your answer, the questions are not impossible but you have to study and prepare yourself

the test was about logics and general understanding and to see if your values fit with the company profile
the video interview was more detailed, they asked how and when I had to bring project management skills to a certain job or experience
then they asked more specific questions about the role, like what parameters to take into account when formulating a new drug for long lasting injectables

this position uses multi-step online assessment. You will spend a large amount of time on online assessment while they may already denied your application, which is not efficient. the system sent me an automatic email saying I passed the step 1 assessment and send me a link for step 2. I haven't started yet but the company sent me another email to deny my application. I was confused. Why was that since I passed the step 1 already

Had to complete a video interview which was short - only two questions. I was then invited to the assessment centre which was very challenging but also enjoyable. Everyone was really friendly and made me feel very at ease.
