Interview
Headhunter emailed me regarding my interest in the role. There were 3 rounds of interviews with the direct manager, head of department and peers on Teams, This was followed by job offer. The process took 2+ months.
Phone and initial manager interview. They highlighted that GSK prefers to hire internally so hard to enter into company. Don’t hire for many product managers.. not much turnover. Questions were general about personal experiences and a case scenario for how to handle a situation.
