Several interviews, some of them with hiring managers who did not seem to take the process seriously and conducted the interview while, for example, being on a train, which made communication difficult and gave the impression that the process was not a priority. There was also a lack of alignment regarding the role's requirements among different decision-makers. They never provided a final response on whether I had been selected or the status of the process, nor did they even reply to follow-up emails inquiring about it. Disappointing for a company of this scale.
