I applied online in march when many intern positions came online. Out of the few that I applied for, I only heard back from 1 and was asked to set up a time for a phone interview. Being that I was not in the local area, but still in school, I didn't have to go in for a one on one interview, but they might require that normally. One week later, I got an offer.

Interview
Online interview and I found it quite organised and well thought out questions were asked. Loved the style of the interview. Still waiting to hear back about the interview result
There was first a short HR Call to understand more about your background followed by a 45 mins skills based virtual interview where the interviewer did not have prior access to your resume.
