I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GSK in Apr 2024
Interview
2 rounds of interview and both were virtual. First interview lasted an hour and included a task to describe how you would prioritise three tasks related to the job (no pre work required as this was provided during the interview), followed by a competency based interview of 3-4 questions. Two interviewers were on the panel.
The second round was a 1:1 interview with the marketing director that lasted 30 minutes. This was a much more informal interview and more of a conversation about experiences with an opportunity to ask questions at the end.
Only three candidates were taken through to the final round. I was told I would hear back after a week if I was successful or not. I haven't heard anything back from the company so assuming I was unsuccessful.

Question 1
Walk me through your CV and highlight any key experience relevant to the role.
Great interview - HR was very helpful providing preliminary session with head of department. Then proceeded with case study on relevant topic - not too complicated more focused on your thinking and rationale it wasn’t a right or wrong situation.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GSK (Zeist) in Sep 2015
Interview
Different conversation before I received an offer. It was during the joint venture with GSK and Novartis. I had different conversations to get to know the new organisation with my new manager. These were nice conversations and very relaxed.

Question 1
due to the Joint venture process it wasn't a real interview. it was more to get to know each other
