It was a medium difficulty level interview. It was situation based questions to be answered in STAR format such as Customer obsession, earn trust, stakeholder collaboration, mistakes, challenges, failures, strengths.

Q. When did you go above and beyond for your customers?
Phone and initial manager interview. They highlighted that GSK prefers to hire internally so hard to enter into company. Don’t hire for many product managers.. not much turnover. Questions were general about personal experiences and a case scenario for how to handle a situation.
