.A very professional interview, I had 3 with different people, they look not just for a great technical fit with the team but also culturally and GSK values are very important to them. Very accommodating and relaxed, one of the best interview rounds I have enjoyed thoroughly
It was a very lengthy process. There were multiple interviews and the whole process took months to complete. The interviews are about an hour long, all STAR format questions. You don’t really have a chance to share what you bring to the role because you have to answer very oddly specific situational questions that (in my opinion) not related to the role.
