Three rounds of interviews with different members of the team. All interviews were a mix of structured questions and discussion. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Really good feedback given at every stage. Direct and honest discussion.

I was asked about specific policy issues and about how I would respond in different work situations.
Initial call with HR with motivations for positions, reasons for wanting to join GSK with some detail on role and benefits. Fast turnaround with subsequent call the next week for first round with the team.
