Online testing followed by 2x panel interviews (each with 2 interviewers). Online testing comprised of 2 tests - 1 on personality and 1 on IQ. Interview questions were mainly behavioural and examples against GSK core values.

Interview
Recruitment Agent identified the role. Then Interview arranged with the hiring manager. One to one interview was with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked range of questions about my background, Behavioral type questions, gave option for me to ask any questions, The whole process was very professional.
