2)Assessment Centre Day: my assessment centre took place online as it was during the pandemic. The meeting took place opposite and consisted of three tasks which I was observed whilst undertaking. One example of a task is I was given two product specification. One from a competitor and one from GSK. My task was to produce an angle which promoted GSK’s product. Additionally, I was asked for justifications behind each decision I made to assess my principle and morals.

Very scenario based. For instance, “if a drug packaging was sent for printing but there was an error listing the ingredients” would I ignore the error for someone else to identify or would I own up?
