GSK FIRST ROUND INTERVIEWS :
Details I gathered about Esprit US Pharma program
- 4 rotations, 12+ months each, 2 in home country, 1 in GSK London, 1 somewhere else, possibly China. (Not exactly, but likely)
- Previous projects included Hospital segmentation strategy, KPIs for sales force, voice of sales force in tactical plans
- generally only 1 GSK esprit person in an office (so program is probably pretty small)
Interview details:
- They have a list of questions they HAVE to ask. Not much room or follow up. When I asked for interpretations, he just said this is what they have on their sheet. Each question was about 4-5 minutes each.
1) Are you globally mobile?
2) Where do you have work authorization

2) How would you develop a commercial plan or strategy that increases value for customer and company?

1) How do you handle criticism - Examples of dealing with criticism
