I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GSK (Research Triangle Park, NC) in May 2012
Interview
They e-mailed me to schedule a phone interview. They called and we spoke for about 25 minutes about my experience and such. Then they called me back about a week later to schedule an interview for in-person. This was mostly a chance to meet formally and to see the place.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me what my favorite thing about science research is, which was tough at first but actually turns out to be a pretty nice question. Nothing too surprising though.

Interview
Virtual interview.
Check the camera and microphone to be working well. Be cautious of the deadline; you get a window during which you have to finish the full virtual assessment. You get several attempts in case your connection breaks during the interview; however, I believe it's only 1 more or 2 more attempts

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GSK (Brentford, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview was average, a lot of technical questions. The first few stages were the same as most other companies aside from the quite long scenario based exercise which took about 2 hours.
