The interviewing process was fairly simple, just had a phone interview with the engineering manager of their manufacturing plan in oak hills, NY. She was very easy going and was very personable.

Online zoom interview, Was quite nervous but was made at ease by interviewer who was a good guy. Overall w very good interview process and it lasted around twenty to twenty five minutes

Interview
The interviewers had little knowledge of the positions or the job itself. They failed to mention the site is in remediation and is unsuccessfully progressing towards any path forward. It was a panel of 5 who seemed more interested in deciding lunch than what I had to offer. Still got the job. They just wanted to fill quotas. No ambition or drive within management. Only looking for pasties.
