It was for almost an hour, very nice man but the questions were difficult and technical which I didn't expect
Generally you need to prepare well in advance so that you can get good outcomes
They want you to be open and frank but careful and you should show that you know the company well

Standard process but very interactive with videos and scenario based questions to answer during the online job simulation. The video interview was mainly motivational based questions for me for example why GSK
It starts with world of GSK which is a situational judgment test. The questions are not difficult and it’s accompanied with some data. The next stage after this is a video interview.
The process of the interview was initially an online video interview with an automated system. The interview questions were mainly competency-based and some questions such as "Why GSK?", "Why this role?".
