I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GSK (Harlow, England) in Jul 2015
Interview
Was put forward for the post via a recruitment agency. Interview comprised of a conversation with a two person panel. They alternately asked questions whilst the other took notes. Was mainly asked aptitude and technical/skills based questions, giving my rationale behind each answer. The panel seemed friendly enough but did get that feeling of being silently judged whenever I fluffed an answer. Left the interview with a sense of failure, therefore it came as a great surprise when the agency phoned back to say I'd got the job!
