Describe a situation in which you have shown agility and data driven décisions
I interviewed with HR person, a very nice and quite standard interview, and then went through to the Hiring Manager interview stage, which was three weeks later due to vacations. Apart from the fact that I felt we didn't click as people, the questions I was asked where not relevant to the role or to attributes the role required. The questions were trying to quantify how many documents of each document type, I had written, when was the last one etc.
Not heard back from them yet but I wouldn't proceed with this position anyway.
