Vid Interview: Why GSK, why this role, describe a scenario when you led a group of people, describe a scenario when you had to work with a new group of people. Interview day: Interview- Why a grad program? Describe a time when you experienced failure. Describe a time when you had to make an unpopular decision. Role-play: Was a manager that had to figure out why an employee was missing deadlines- then had to help her get back on track. Presentation: Had 1 hour to prepare a pitch for a new product launch, then had 15 mins to present. Group Exercise: First one was working with the group to launch a new CSR program, second one was working with a group to figure out why the new product launch was not working according to plan.
