Interview
they first take 2 rounds of telephonic interview.
The HR who called up was very supportive and also gave a very crystal clear view of GLG Model(full marks to him)
Then I was interviewed by one of the business associate. She only asked simple and general questions. Result is still pending. will update soon.

Question 1
The very first thing they want to know how long would you be loyal to be them. they look for candidates who are willing to stay for a longer period with them.
Phone call. Then a case study. Then an in-person round with 3 different people. They walk through a case study and discuss your background and motivation. After that, mostly personality and got questions to assess if you’d be a strong player on a team.

They wanted you to thoroughly go through your thought process in your case study. They want to see how you think and how you use your logic.
phone interview follwoed by in person interview in London. interviuwers changed until the day of. intevruiwer was hardball and did not accept a lot of the normal answers you would give.
Rest was okay. I appreciated the feedback that they gave

2 managers, all online. Very slow process when reaching the final stage, suppose managers are just really busy. All competency based questions and situational questions, past experiences and what value you would add to the team/company.
