Interview
3 rounds, first is an informal chat second is a case study and third is a discussion with management. The case study is around a hypothetical client request and you are required to find suitable experts who could provide market insight
HR screening, case studies with team lead, culture fit interview, then C-suite interview. People were nice case studies kinda threw me off but Expert Networking Companies are known for that. I could tell the workload would be insane. Respect for the employees.
4 step interview process along with case study and some technical tests. Huge emphasis on GLG knowledge. Fairly staight forward process. Quick as well. So all is good with the interview peocess
