Brought through two back-to-back interviews, one asked about the business model, and the other asked if I had any questions. They mostly asked behavioral questions and for you to elaborate on items on your resume. Make sure you know your previous projects well, and how they relate to the RA position. Make sure you know and articulate the business model well, and why you want to do research.
Very unprofessional company and team, I would personally never reapply or work with that company in capacity both as an applicant or client. I have nothing more to say regarding the experience.

I get the interview through agent.First they will give you a laptop write essay. Then interviewer will come to ask you question. Not very technical one , but need think carefully and answer.
