I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Singapur)
Interview
First round was a call from HR, followed by a case study round with the hiring manager and the team. Employees at GLG generally had many negative things to say about traditional consultancy firms, which i thought were uncalled for and unprofessional. Interview questions were simple but the hiring manager was micromanaging the answers, in a way they wanted textbook answers, which shed light on the working culture in the team. Overall, a terrible experience as they will drill you to answer them with the exact answer they are looking for. Case study was not specific and open to interpretation, but my answers were “wrong” because it didnt not fit into the rigid bracket they were looking for. Requested to pull out my application after the interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GLG
Interview
The interview lasted only about 20 minutes and lacked depth. After the interview, there was no follow-up or update, which made the process feel incomplete and somewhat unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Interview
The TA specialists have no decency to respond whether they want to move ahead with your profile or not after the first round... you're just left guessing. I was told they will schedule a business interview in the following week and the following week was 7 weeks ago...

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at GLG (Seúl)
Interview
First round with HR manager consisted of general questions based on my resume. I would say it had an easy going vibe. At the end of the interview, I had time to ask the manager additional questions and I was able to gain deeper understandings on this role. Going for case study interview next week.
