The interviewing and the offer takes months to process for this firm. I was interviewed in May and got an offer in November. The interview involved at panel of 3 foreigners and one HR. There was discussion about what I studied and what I did in my engineering but somehow all them dodged the question when asked about my job profile and the kind of work I would be doing.

They have age old set of questions for the aptitude round which is outdated.
The other questions that I was asked, were no where related to my job profile nor field.

Interview
Campus placement is the prime source, they also give requirements on job portal also.
Interview process is directly with technical person at company location and then with HR/ Admin people. simple as it is.
