The phone screening usually ends with an agreement to schedule an interview that consists of 3-4 separate 45 minutes interviews. The interviews include:

I applied through online and got call from HR. It got rescheduled 3 times and 4th time Interview was taken. It was first Technical Round. Basically problem solving skill along with hands-on coding was main focus. Asked to write code and finally asked to copy paste all the code in chat for audit.

Interview
Had 2 technical rounds, 2 manager rounds and a HR round. The interview panel was very professional and knowledgeable. They evaluated me on both technical skills and values. Some areas they were assessing were integrity, innovation, inclusiveness and efficiency. The interview waiting time was more than an hour. Overall it was a normal experience.
