GE Quality Engineer interview questions

On-site interview with the HR Manager & the Department Manager for the department for which I was applying. They used an on-site recruiter (not employed by GE) this person took me on a brief tour and described who I would be interviewing with. The HR Manager was answering Text Messages during my responses in the interview. I stopped with my responses until he looked up from his phone and we made eye contact again. The Department Manager that was also in the interview appeared to be embarrassed,
