I applied online. I interviewed at GE (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2018
Interview
First I had phone interview with the hiring manager. Next was an in person interview with the hiring manager, panel interviews with the team, HR, and upper management. I was able to take a tour of the facility and shake hands with a few people that I could have been working with.

Interview
Very organised, very clear instructions, sometimes they might seem less responsive, but I believe due to high number of applicants it is quite normal for such global organisation and feel free to chase your application as it might be helpful in order for them to actually review it
