GE interview questions

I am ex GE employee, i worked GE digital India, i moved to australia, worked for 5 6 years in different comanies and appied for GE Sydney delivery manager remote role this was in for GE digital as well The interview was based on general PM questions i gave two rounds on 16 and 18 th October 2023. Its was all going positive, positive feedback from both round, i was told that the project will start in jan. The role was remote, the communication was through an HR india. As two weeks passed i kept following up with HR, I was ghosted, then HR told once I get an update from hiring manager i will let you know i have dropped him mail, then i was told the hiring manager wants to meet you in person, but he is Melbourne, so i said ok i dont mind flying out to Melbourne let me know suitable dates as i had to book flight, then i was ghosted again, then i was told we will let you know next week the hiring manager will fly to Sydney to meet you, you dont have to come, we will contact you soon, then i was ghosted again and then end of year shut down came. And yesterday mid Jan 2024 i got rejection mail This is the most unprofessional interview of my IT carrer. What the hell is going on. If you treat a ex employee, I got three awards during my time in GE, like this please have some dignity submit your resignation and go. Please knock down 4 stars on glassdoor to 2 stars that is the current GE, and I want to file an official complaint to who ever is GE digital business leader, what some comedy is going on here or what, get your house in order.

L'entretien a lieu avec le superviseur puis avec un representant RH qui n'est pas sur site. Les questions sont standards, l'ambiance est bonne et les employés que j'ai pu rencontrer sont agréables. J'ai trouvé que c'était une bonne expérience.
