Pretty standard, saw the ad on the school career website and applied. Couple of weeks later got the invite for a phone interview with the hiring manager and the engineer. They asked behavioural questions and technical ones. None of them were really too challenging.
I'm not sure if I got an offer or not as I accepted another job offer shortly after the interview.

Interview
I initially applied for the Financial Management Program (FMP) but was interviewed for the AAM position. The overall process was fairly casual. The interviewer asked me several behavioral questions such as what was your favorite course in university? least favorite course? They need you to express your interest in sales and account management. I really enjoyed the interview but unfortunately, the position was cancelled and I was informed a couple months later.
