I didn't have a chance to speak too much on the first phase. It was a kind of monolog where the interviewer was excited to speak about the company. Second phase I had to wait for two hour standed up in front of company in order to be interviewed. On this time it was possible to speak by myself, however the impression was that I was speaking to the wall.

Interview
Applied online, received a call a week later from HR asking quick motivation questions and asked for a more formal phone interview in 4 days time with her.
Was called directly by the manager asking a few motivation questions, strengths/weaknesses and how I would change the driving side in the uk and to go through the whole process with her.
