Name I time you disagreed with senior leadership and how did you handle it?
The interview process consists of three rounds. The first two rounds are technical interviews focusing on power electronics knowledge and project-specific skills. These technical rounds are designed to assess the candidate's expertise in relevant subjects and their ability to apply this knowledge to practical scenarios. The final round is an HR interview, which covers general discussion topics, including the candidate's background, interpersonal skills, and compensation expectations.

Interview
First got an interview from HR. Was more off a screening interview. Then was interviewed by panel of 3: HR, Operations, Data Science. The second interview was for around 45 mins. The people were really good and made it comfortable and easy for me to freely and confidently amswer all the questions.
