GE Engineer/Technologist interview questions

There is a long wait for anything within GE... nothing happens quick!! Another thing that strikes me oddly is the power and control of HR. They have more say so than the hiring manager/ interviewer over who gets selected and salary negotiations are pretty much "take it or leave it". I thought there would be some quick feedback after the interview, but it took 3 weeks before I had a response with a verbal offer and asked if I was still interested. Then a formal offer was submitted a few days later.

I was contacted through their talent search team. The written round had 20 questions. Followed by 3 rounds of interview
